okay everyone is confusing me!
some say yes you can get a tatto as long as you have parental consult. and others say no you can't if your under 18 and have parental consult you still can't get it!
ahhh which one is it!
i know if your under 18 and have parental consult you can get a piercing but i don't think that applies to tattoos.
oh, when i get one i want a lightning bolt on my foot. any suggestions where on my foot i should get it? pics would be great!
