i know there is something out there that u put on before you put your eyeliner on and it makes it stay on longer and not fade and stuff, i just dont remember what it called or where to get it from. and what kind of eyeliner do you use or think works the best and lasts the longest? right now im using covergirl eyeliner..its the twist up kind, not the pencil. im not too into pencils and i cant seem to put on liquid eyeliner right, it always looks horrible when i try.
