I just got my tragus pierced and yes I received aftercare directions and plan to follow them. I was just curious if anyone who has had theirs pierced had any useful tips for keeping it clean and to help it heal. I got a hoop and he used a bigger one than normal because I usually have problems of some sort and he said it would help it out at first. I go back in a week to get a regular size.
