Okay here's the first. What is safer... getting your hair chemically straightened or getting a perm.. like really tight curls. Because my hair is wavy and I have been struggling for years trying to get things to naturally work, but nothings worked so far. So now I am considering getting it either chemically straightened or getting a perm. And how long do you recommend my hair be if I were to get a perm. Right now it is a few inches past my shoulders. Would I want it super long or not much longer than this?
