I called for the salon for an appointment tomorow and they asked what I needed done so I said color and highlights. My hair got messed up is now a red orange copper color all one color except my natural root color. I am wanting to go back close to my roots. It might be lighter and I want the red and orange gone, so was I correct in telling her color? Is that still considered hair coloring if she has to go 2 shades lighter? Thanks!
