I'm planning on getting my tongue pierced and I want to do it without parental consent! I'm 16 and about to turn 17 in mid sept. I really want this done and in live on Peoria,IL. and I just to know if 16 is acceptable for piercers without parents! Lol and also, a local piercer that would pierce someone my age would be great too! XD
