i bought the tanning spray from sunlove on 18th of september and i still havent got it yet. (i live in US). Will someone tell me how long does it take to arrive.

Hey, I ordered mine on the 26th of September, and I still haven’t gotten it yet. I went on their website and the ordering section was not working. I’m kind of thinking they might have gone out of business.
I don’t know for sure, but I don’t know what else to think, plus some people on Youtube were kind of saying that this company wasn’t terrific. So, that makes me think even more something screwy is happening.
I guess I’ll have to email them and ask them where is my order. Hope everything works out for you though..
I ordered on September 27th and still haven’t gotten it. When you click on shop or whatever it says they are sold out due to an overwhelming response or whatever. I e-mailed them to see where the heck the order was. Let me know if you all get your order. Good luck!
I ORDERED MINE ON OCT 6TH, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ON THE 7TH AND AFTER 3 BE-MAILS AND A VOICE MESSAGE ON THEIR MACHINE, I FINALLY RECEIVED IT ON THE 26TH. I SENT E-MAILS TO EVERY DEPT. HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL TO YOU.
I am having the same problem, I ordered mine on Sept 27th and they charged my card right away. I have emailed every email address I can find for the place. I heard great things about the product so I really want the product, but thought I would post on here also so that it was on the internet what a bad business they are doing.
I also ordered two systems around September 20th and I also have not received mine. I am extremely disappointed at a company that is so focused on advertisement instead of the customers they are targeting. I guess I can only hope that they are eventually sent because it seems there would definitely be no way to get a hold of them to be reimbursed.
