Hi, i'm a black girl with small, almond shaped eyes. I was wondering how i make my eyes look bigger without using white eyeliner, because that would look so weird on my skin tone. is there a substitute for that?
should i use like a brown eyeliner since white people use a white eyeliner?
Also, can i ever wear black eyeliner on the bottom crease without making them look smaller, because i really like to wear it.
lastly, if you're going to suggest specific products can you list the best prices and stores cause i'm sort of new to this whole makeup thing.
