I got a perm 2 weeks ago and my hair looked like a big ball on thop of my head... it has gotten a lot better but it is still frizzy and puffs up when its dry...
I use nexxus frizz control.. and silk oil and i deep condition my hair at like 5 times a week.. so i dont think its damaged.....
i know a perm takes some time to settle...how long does it take??
