ok so, im 15, almost 16, 113 pounds.
dont tell me how i am fine my size and blahablah.
i just have some love handles,and i wanna tone my stomach, and be a little thinner.
and especially my arms! and i want my face to look thinner
and i wanna be 107 or 108.
ive tried eating healthy and excercising, but the ounds just dont go down lol.
so how can i loose those 5 pounds or whatever?
