ive been thinking if getting highlights for quiet a while now, i do want a change, a nice soft change
i have chesnut brown hair and was thinking of getting caramel highlights,
now im not sure my mum said im quiet young im 17 but im not sure if thats true or if shes just being a typical mum.
also im not sure if i should get full head or half head :S
