I am getting my first tattoo today (it will be on my hip) and I want to be well prepared. I need to know answers to some questions.
1. What kind of bandage should the place be putting over it?
2. How long do I leave the bandage on for?
3. After I take it off what soap do I wash it with?
4. Will Aquaphor work for healing and how long do I keep applying that for?
5. The tattoo will be on my pant line so should I not wear jeans?
6. And when do I switch from putting ointment (Aquaphor) on to putting lotion on?
