I have long thick black straight hair and I use Pantene two in one for thinner hairand less frizz. I normally blow dry it every time and I shower with the hottest heat setting because it takes so long to dry. Since it is winter out I do not want to leave my hair wet and walk in the cold.
Is there anything I can use on my head before I blow dry it to not make my hair damage in the future. Like a spray or gel I can use after I shower.

I towel dry my hair for a few minutes. 2-5 or so.
