Open Question: whats wrong with guys wearing skinny jeans? Open Question: Salon Hair Dye ?
Dec 21

I was looking on the website, UGGII, and they say that they are selling Women’s Uggs for $59. However, if you look on the bottom it says: “This is not authentic, a copy only. All the pics listing was taken really.” So, practically they’re saying that in the pictures the boots are actually Uggs but they send you imitations? I was wondering if anyone has bought Uggs from UGGII.com and if they look *exactly* like the authentic; like with the Ugg label and everything. Thank you!

  1. joe Says:

i buy ugg boots form WWW.UGGII.COM ,the quality is great ,cheap price ,since 59$ ! ,joe aki is a nice man!

SUPER CHEAP UGG! GREAT quality !!

  2. ReallyJoe? Says:

Really Joe? You sound like you are working for them…out of China making copies of real UGGs and selling them as the real deal!

  3. ian gale Says:

    Hi,

I oredered some boots for my sister in law. Never arrived..e-mails unanswered. Joe aki is a con man.. DO Not Buy from this site ever ever ever!!! He has also posted his own reviews here: http://www.advicenators.com/column.php?u=joeaki.

Also found this review I was ripped off by joeaki.com. He was very responsive to me throughout the process, calling me “brother” and giving me a reference to contact, who verified he did indeed receive GHD hair iron from Joe. I went ahead despite the red flags (Western Union only) and of course lost $250. I am a single mom with 3 kids and I spent my tax money as a treat for my girls to get Uggs. Oh well. I am usually so internet savvy so I have no idea how I let myself get fooled like that. I have been in contact with his reference and he told me he wasn’t buying from “Joe” anymore. So please, do not buy from joeaki.com. He stopped communicating with me as soon as he picked up my money. According to whois this is his info - does it sound fake?

  4. Sarah Says:

So worried after reading these reviews wish I would have done my research as I have ordered from here, Xmas gift, will let you know if I get a reply

  5. BB Says:

“joe” posts that identical spam comment all over the place. do not buy from uggii.com, the people who read my fashion blog have warned me they’re fake.

  6. sarah Says:

Do you think I will even receive them?

  7. AMANDA Says:

I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A PAIR OF BOOTS FROM UGGII, THEY WON’T ANSWER MY EMAILS, HEARD NOTHING, HAS ANYONE EVER RECIEVED ANYTHING FROM THEM? HOW DOI GET MY MONEY BACK?

  8. DEBBIE Says:

I too ordered a pair of UGGS ( 25/11/08) - they were Sundance for $112 & guess what - they never arrived!!! I spent ages on the net checking feedback etc. It appears that when negative feedback is received he just goes in & deletes it & then writes his own review!!! If you look today there is no negative & I couldn’t get in to leave any.
Im really nervous about shopping on the internet now. No idea whether I will get a refund but I have contacted the people I paid through today & Im just waiting to hear. AVOID HIM LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!

  9. Natalie Says:

OMG!! , i cant believe these reviews =[ , my boyfriend ordered me some of these last wednesday & they still havnt arrived. iv emailed and heard nothing back! we payed by credit card, will we get the money back? i thought it was odd how there was only 1 review =S .. how can he be getting away with it STILL? please wb if anyone actually recieves there uggs?
    THANKS….

  10. DEBBIE Says:

    Hi Natalie,
Im going to ring consumer direct on Mon 0845 404 0506 to get some advice. How much fraudulent money has this guy made & is still making?? I don’t know how to go about getting him reported due to him being in China as it appears their laws are very lax. I’m sad to say that unless the order was for over £100 & you paid on your credit card then you won’t be covered by SECTION 75 - this is where you go straight to your credit card company to get a refund as they are jointly liable and have to refund you & then they have to chase for the money. I have ordered some from ugglyboot.co.uk & my boots arrived within 5 days - a friend recommended them to me.
    Debbie

  11. Natalie Says:

    Thank you Debbie.
So your sayin that you can only claim your money back if you have spent over £100 pound? mine came to about £67 ..
i cant believe this guy is getting away with it STILL!
    what a plank!!

  12. sarah Says:

hi, i ordered some ugg boots a couple of weeks from UGGII and surprisingly have received them this weekend. I was concerned i wasn’t going to receive them after reading everybodies comments. They look authentic but am still concerned that they aren’t after everything i have read on this website.

  13. Lorna Says:

I also seem to have been conned by “Joe”. I ordered uggs via www.uggii.com and paid through Alert Pay thinking this would be safe and secure. I’ve sent several emails and he has said my order has been received and would be shipped asap. Two weeks have now passed! I send him an email daily asking him to cancel the order and refund the money - if only to wind him up! This is my first ’sting’ and I can’t believe it. I guess it’s the saying is right “if it seems to good to be true then it must be”.

  14. Pikachao Says:

Natalie, you’re probably lucky your credit card number isn’t being used right now tbh. =S

  15. Fred Says:

I also ordered some ugg boots about 2 weeks ago from UGGII. Initially they updated their website saying that it was “sent to post office”, but then nothing else happened!

I tried to contact them on their website and through email, but did not hear a thing. I paid through AlertPay and decided to open a dispute with them.

Then magically the same tracking# that uggii.com had on their website (small script when you check your order) appeared as a valid tracking# on the US Postal service website and two days later I received the package!

The boots look good, they might not be authentic but I can’t tell the difference, so I am happy.

In short - uggii.com doesn’t have good customer communication, but the product did eventually arrive from China after about two weeks.

  16. Maria Says:

I ordered a pair of ugg classic from this company almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t recieved them. I emailed a bunch and no reply. I am starting a transaction dispute with alertpay…hope I get a refund…bummer.

  17. SUE Says:

I have also been coned! I ordered a pair of UGG Classics from this website on 26 November. Once payment received by ming zhou (joeaki1983@gmail.com) by ALERTPAY and having sent loads of emails directly to him and the Ugg site i have had no reply. All your comments only confirms to me what i was hoping was’nt going to happen - i have been coned! I will be trying to get my money back so if anyone has any tips on how to do this through ALERTPAY they will be very welcome.

  18. Natalie Says:

    Hi Pikachao ..
What do you men it isn’t been used?
i am phoning visa today to see if the order has actually gone through.
im hopin it hasnt. it has been 2 weeks tomorrow since i placed the order and still nothing, no emails answered of anything =S

  19. ian Says:

as I mentioned above, mine never arrived. I had paid by credit card and just rang them to explain the situation. I was advised that my payment had gone through paypal and I may be able to get a refubd from them Also sid has it had gone through paypal the credit card details would not have been passed on to the seller. Paypal are investigating and hopefully I will be lucky and get a refund? Think everyone should make paypal and credit card companies aware of this con man. although he changes his website occassionaly his parent company sems to be called zhou ming.

The contact paypal site link is: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?dispatch=5885d80a13c0db1f9fecf49521b3f5af727cc8f9db6c1fec3d872083e6365f05.

good luck and i hope everybody manages to get a refund

  20. Natalie Says:

how do you start a dispute on alert pay?.. i cant find it anywhere =S

  21. Natalie Says:

    Hi,
just opened a dispute on alertpay..
    lets see what happens now,
will let you all know =]

  22. Wotzit Says:

    DO NOT USE THIS SITE

    Similiar story

I asked for a tracking number straight away

Didnt recieve any mails etc and raised a dispute within the 7 days

Got my Money back today from paypal (they delay the money for 7 toi 10 days I think).

Anyway hes a scam and quite clearly ripping people off.

    DO NOT USE

  23. AMANDA Says:

PLEASE PLEASE HELP,HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT A DISPUTE WITH PAYALERT. ORDERED BOOTS THREE WEEKS AGO, NOTHING ARRIVED. WON.T ANSWER MY EMAILS. PLEASE HELP

  24. danielle Says:

Dont buy from uggii.com, it should be called uggii.con!!!!!!!. This man rips you off. ordered boots and have heard nothing. When you go to log back in three days later he blocks your password so you can’t see order status. Ordered boots three weeks ago, have heard nothing, won’t answer emails. Total dead end. Going to report it to payalert. be warned this man is a rip off artist. Don’t buy from him.

  25. Thomas Says:

UGGI.com or Pickugg or UGGi.com or dvdcoco.com and even bootpaypal.com he is behind them all and all sites look the same

I ordered 2 pair of boots on 12/14/08 though I received an email form AlertPay and within the hour I realized I was never mailed a confirmation number from UGGI.co nor a tracking number.

I got back on the website –only to find my order was now back in my cart I tried to resend it however I now received a message that
    the account was suspended

I called my credit card company to have them notate the account and then got on the phone with AlertPay. I am hopeful to receive a credit back to my card if nothing ever shows up The people at AlertPay were great but explained with his 7 day money back guarantee I still had a few days to wait.

Till now I have had great luck on the internet but I too will be very leery in the future.

My suggestion don’t buy anything from this person on any of his websites. I am amazed that he is able to continue his scam and beleive he doesn’t care that he is ruining Chisitmas for many all over the states.

  26. danielle Says:

Guess wot !!!!!!! The uggii boots arrived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.They look fine and are good copies. Sent emails, they where never answered,so wot can you do but only think that they have got your money and run. If communication had been better, then we won’t be thinking we were ripped off.So fingers crossed to all those still awaiting that your boots will will turn up soon. Good luck.

  27. Kiki Says:

Hope this will help you…. I recently purchased a pair of uggs on uggii.com on 12/3 when paying they forwarded me to alertpay which is similar to paypal… Uggii said I would receive my boots in 7 days but I just received them on 12/16 so did they mean 7 business days? Possibly, but anyway I was worried I had gotten scammed I emailed all parties involved 3-4 times with no responses … But I did get my boots and they are authentic 100% .. original uggs box ugg paper inside and ugg card… I compared it to my ugg boots I bought from ugg Australia and the uggii boots are legit… So take a chance it was long in shipping but at least I got them and got the real deal..

  28. Thomas Says:

Danielle so when did you actually order and how long did it take to arrive? Evidently not the 7 day guarantee???

  29. Marquette Says:

Wow! I am so ashamed of myself for getting involved. I have never ordered anything on the internet before this month. I ordered form Sears and received the order exactly as promised. But then I ordered from www.uggii.com. Upon checking the order status they were always pending. I contacted my CC the money wasn’t taken out then just a day later the money is now gone and I still haven’t received my boots. I have also canceled my credit card and probably will not order on the internet again. How Sad! I will however be very, very active in pursuing this fella and getting my money back if I don’t receive my boots. Any other suggestions?

why dont you all just flood his emails and tell him what a conman he is etc if everyone sends it 5 times a day and also if any of your friends send it too who knows we may make it difficult for him to use his email system and also it will make more people aware this man is a conman. moral of the story dont buy from china we need to support buisiness in our own countrys good luck guys

  31. Natalie Says:

Guess What.. My Boots Arrived This Morning!!!!!!

It Seems To Muh Of A Coincidence That A Few Days After Opening A Dispute With Him They As If By Magic Arrive =]
Really Happy.. However I Dont Need Them Now!! They Were A Present From My Boyfriend & After Thinking They Wernt Arriving He Went And Bought Me Genuine UGGS For £170.00 :O We Are Now Goin To Sell These Ones On Ebay.
I Suggest Whoever Is Stil Waiting To Open A Dispute With Him.
I Ordered Them On The 3rd Of Decmeber.. Opened The Dispute On The 16th And Now The 19th They Have Arrived..
Good Luck & I Hope All Of You Stil Waiting, They Turn Up!

  32. Natalie Edwards Says:

    Hi
Ordered boots from uggii on the 6th December, still not arrived. Tried to email him for a tracking number, but emails kept bouncing back so thought the site was a bit dodgy. So I am very very disgusted with this conman. Waiting in the UK for them to arrive there still might be hope but very much doubt it, my boyfriend had to go out and buy them from local shop as he didin’t want me to be dissapointed over christmas. Cant believe this man is getting away with it.

  33. Michelle Says:

I purchased two pairs of UGG boots from UGGii. Never received the boots nor never received any return emails. The emails were returned as undeliverable. DO NOT BUY FROM UGGii.com. I hope someone finds a way to get this man and throw his ass in jail for scamming honest people.

  34. denis soltis Says:

Just submitted a transaction dispute with alertpay. I included a link to this page so they can see how many people he is scamming. I email him 2 times a day and have gotten no response. Like someone else said, “if it’s do good to be true - it is”
This was a Xmas present for my wife–Ho Ho Ho

  35. Amy Romero Says:

I ordered my boots on dec 9th and have not recieved them!!!
Just read everyones responses about website and I’m now really worried!!
Just filed dipute with credit card company and will let you know what comes out of it!

  36. nikki Says:

ARGHHHHHHHHH! Ordered boots like you all, ages ago 7/12 and still haven’t recieved them. Will wait a few more days and see what happens. can anyone tell me how i go about opening a dispute with him. is this done through alertpay. HELP!! I really wanted these for xmas:( If i don’t get them i’m taking this to watchdog!

  37. Danielle Says:

Thomas, your were asking when did i order my boots. they were ordered on 1/12/08. According to the delivery slip they were posted on the 12th, recieved them on the 18th. I emailed him every day with about 6 emails, i just kept forwarding the same email,of course i never got a reply. I think the main problem is the frustration of having no communication at all through out the whole process. Like everyone they were a present for my daughter. Her boyfriend was so close to going out to buy a pair at £170. Luckly they arrived, but think those who had to go out and buy a pair could you get a refund?.hold out, hopefully they will arrive, eventually. fingers crossed.

  38. Natalie Says:

Yes open a dispute wirth alertpay.. i opened one and within about 3 days they arrived…

  39. Amy Romero Says:

Natalie, when you opened your dispute did you go through your credit card company? I also filed dispute through my credit card company and sent emails to this joeaki shmuck! Hopefully I will be as lucky as you were! Is there anything else I should do???

  40. D EVANS Says:

Ordered a pair of ugg boots for my girlfriend on the 11th of december from uggii.com,but have not recieved them yet, E-MAILED this joe aki and uggii.com,but have had no reply from him, contacted ALERTPAY and have opened a dispute with them, have told alertpay and joe aki that if i do not recieve the boots i will be taking legal action against joe aki and alertpay, for doing the transaction and knowing that there are disputes in against this man and his web site.

  41. Liz Says:

I also ordered from Uggsii and like everyone else I filed a complaint with alertpay and I know that they will not be here by X-mas. This company is a fraud so please do not order from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

  42. Natalie Edwards Says:

    Hi
Finally my ugg boots arrived on Friday took about 2 weeks didn’t think I was going to get them. Hope everyone else gets theirs.

  43. AjAy Says:

I purchased UGG’s to the value of £120 from this site and after no reply from this conman decided to do a bit of research. I then read what everyone has written on this forum and my heart sank. It was more because of the fact that this person has got away with conning honest people.
Like everyone out there at the moment I’m feeling the credit crunch and I thought that my money was gone and I would get no refund but I’m glad to say that alertpay.com (site used to make payment!!) are the only decent thing about this transaction. They are a honest company and e-mailed me back within 24 hours of me making a complain and my account with alertpay has been updated stating that I will get a full refund.
For those of you who have had a problem with filing a dispute there is a link below that you can use so you can open up a dispute. Make sure you give them as much details as you can. I encourage everyone who has had problems to do this get your hard earned money back. This guy needs to be put out of business so lets do that!!
Just a little note everyone. UGG’s are expensive and you’re not going to find a CHEAP deal anywhere. All sites selling UGG’s at £50/60 range are fake, don’t bother with them. I know you will end up paying upwards of £100 for them but I’m sure the ladies will be alot happy with the REAL DEAL!!
    Merry xmas everyone!!!

    https://helpdesk.alertpay.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit

(Choose Transaction Dispute and where it asks for Reference Number on the next page, make up you own one as this is how alertpay.com identify you.)

  44. Carolyn Says:

I to have been waiting over a week for a pair of boots for my daughter as a christmas present. but after reading everyones reviews its looking very slim.. I have also logged a dispute with alerpay so fingers crossed for us all..

  45. Paula Prior Says:

Hiya guys and Dolls I also thinking I have been ripped off and being a single mum really cant afford it. I order 2pair of sundance on 7/12/08 monies went out of the credit card account via alertpay 10/12/2008 and still received nothing. I have started a dispute via alertpay on 19/12/2008 . My daughetr is heart broken cos I cant afford to just go and buy a pair

  46. nikki Says:

Still not received goods. Have opend a dispute with alertpay and they have said they will refund the money. As soon as i can see that back in my bank i will be very happy that i am well rid of this whole saga! Something must be done to stop this conman.

  47. Natalie Says:

Hi, Yes I opened a dispute with ALERTPAY, within 2 days of opening it the boots arrived. however i recieved a email from alertpay this morning saying that i am still gettin refunded for the boots for going through so much hassle. they said they looked into emails and i had sent over 50 and not 1 was answered. so i am as happy as ever, that not only did my boots arrive, joeaki didnt get to keep my money =] HA! serves him right. i just hope you all get my boots. i stil dont know if the website is real but theres just a lack of communication there or if he jst leaves it as long as he can and try not 2 send the boots if he can get away with it, then gives up when somebody takes action eg opens a dispute. either way he needs to sort himself out. good luck everybody.

  48. Marquette Says:

I have opened a dispute also with Alertpay today 12/22/08 and still have not received my boots. I would be happy to join in reporting this to watchdog if I don’t get my boots SOON! Hey, thanks for all your comments.

  49. Pat Says:

I, too, opened a dispute with Alertpay today, 12/22/08, as I ordered UGG boots on December 12th and have not received them and have heard nothing back from this person. FRAUD alert. I’m also notifying my credit card comapny.

  50. Sarah Says:

Hey guys guess what turned up on my door step today? My ugg boots that I was sooooooo worried would not arrive and would be fake if they did turn up. Well anyway they are gorgeous, look 100% LEGIT to me they are soooo comfy I am so happy as they were a gift from my man who was going to go and pay £200 for another pair, must admit Joe and his crew have real bad customer service skills but hey I got them now and i am really happy, I ordered mine around the 7th of December but I think many people will wait a good while, I am sure you will defo get them and they are worth the wait, REAL AUSTRALIAN UGGS WITH THE PROPER CARD ETC.

  51. Sarah Says:

p.s I only paid £76 for mine they are Sundance in chestnut, I would order again now I know thet they are real and for the price but the waiting is a pest.

  52. nikki Says:

Guess what? I’ve got my boots. They are wicked. look real to me. They have taken 2 weeks and I was really annoyed that I had been conned so did open a dispute with alertpay. I have have to gat back onto them now and tell them the boots have arrived. It seems to me that people do get the boots eventually. We have listened to what was on the website about 5-7 days delivery but to be realistic about it. For them to come form China you probably are talking about 2 weeks or so. If only he had said 28 days delivery then he probably wouldn’t be receiving so many e-mails. I do still think that he has bad customer service for not emailing back but maybe we all need to be a bit more patient. I really hope that you all get yours before xmas but don’t forget this is a very busy time for deliveries. Good luck - keep waiting. If they don’t arrive the contact alertpay who are very good. they responded straight away. Merry Xmas one and all.

  53. Sarah Says:

Hi nikki which boots did you order i want to order more now mine look real good do yours?

  54. Mel Says:

    Hi everyone,

I was also conned. I ordered Dec 14th and when I received no confirmation of shipment email I started to worry it was not a valid site. Non of the “help” or emails links are valid and when I contatced my credit card company they said they money had gone through so I posted it as fraud but they need up to 3 months to investigate. I have also opened a dispute with Alertpay but they say they “might” be able to get my money back in the new year. This is so frusttrating and this idiot needs to be stopped!!! Next time I won’t be so eager to pay on a site that has no real credentials. I hope everyone manages to get their money back :(

  55. Lisa Says:

I purchased an UGG boot back on November 30th and have send Joe coutless of e-mails asking him when will the shipment will arrive. Never got a response back from him. It said on the website 5-7 days of shipping and it has been almost a month! I contact PayPal and filed a dispute and it is still pending waiting for his reply. Still he hasn’t reply yet and I hope PayPal will able to get my money back. I don’t trust this website and I suggested for all of you out there…DO NOT purchase this!

  56. Lisa Says:

I purchased an UGG boots on November 30th and have not received them yet. I have send countless of emails to the owner and never got a respond. It said on the website that it will be shipped withing 5-7 days and it has been almost a month! I paid this thru PayPal and file a dispute against this seller. I am hoping PayPal will be able to get my money back. After reviewing several comments on how many people are not receiving them, I don’t feel too comfortable with this. So I am suggesting for anybody out there,…DO NOT buy this products from uggii.com.

  57. Lorna Says:

Got my hopes up when I read that some orders had been delivered, but guess what… still waiting! I placed my order on 25 November. I hadn’t raised a dispute with Alertpay because deliveries were being made but I have now completely lost patience and have finally raised a dispute (thanks to AjAy for making this easier). Hey ho, perhaps Santa will deliver them tonight! Merry Christmas.

  58. Jen Says:

call your credit card company and dispute this transaction to get your money back….once you have told your credit card company they do the investigating for you and will try to make sure you either get your boots or get your money back.

  59. nikki Says:

Sarah - iordered classic short in brown. look good to me, very comfy. would consider ordering another pair but would now know that they won’t be here for a couple of weeks. I do think that everyone who has written on here should make sure that they write again if they receive the goods. then we may know if this site is genuine.

  60. Karen Says:

I ordered boots on 12/11/08 and of course, haven’t received them. I think Joeaki is typing in the above replies on people who received their boots. I don’t believe any of those who said they received them. BIG CON MAN.

  61. sharon Says:

I had no problems with boots and price was great. I live in Indiana

  62. shannon Says:

My sister ordered 2 pairs of boots for my daughter. We still have not received them. My sister had further problems however. Her credit card was denied for gas. Her husband looked into the problem and there was what the credit card company called fraudent use. They notified my sister and closed her account. I will make sure she files a report with her credit card company and Alert pay. My daughter was dissapointed not to receive them. I will keep all posted. Thank you for the information.

  63. DEBBIE Says:

The Sundance boots I ordered on 25/11 still havent arrived. I raised a dispute with alert pay & they did give me a full refund on 23/12 so to that degree I am happy. I find it hard to believe that some people are receiving boots as in my book Joe Aki is nothing more than a con man !!!! If you’ve raised a dispute on Alert pay I think you will be refunded as they seem to be on the ball. Good Luck everyone.

  64. Tamera Says:

I ordered boots on 12/14 and have not received any confirmation. I filed a dispute with alertpay on 12/22 and I am waiting for a refund. I have tried emailing but get no reply and uggii.com has been down for maintenance. Waiting for boots or refund!

  65. Natalie Says:

    Hi Karen,
I can assure you i am genuine..
like i said a few weeks ago i ordered them on the 6th of december i think, somewhere around there, and waited and waited, i started doubting the site and kept double checking it, noticing there wasnt any reviews or tracking details i realised id been had..(was devastated as they were a present from my boyfriend for xmas) so i googled UGGII website and found this site which i was kinda glad to find but it made me worry even more, after checking it everyday i realised a few people were attempting to get there money back by opening a dispute with alertpay, so i did just that & within 3 days my boots arrived, 2 make matters worse my boyfreind travelled all the way 2 preston the day before they arrived and bought me some brand new uggs for £170 from a shop called “footasylum” i got so excited about them i couldnt believe it when the ones from “UGGII.COM” arrived the next day. but i still didnt know if they were genuine so i sold them on ebay and kept my £170 ones knowing for a fact they were the real deal.
i waited just over 2 weeks for mine and was worrying everyday, but honestly mine did arrive eventually.. joeaki has no communication skills whatsoever and this is the main reason people are so worried about there order. i hope all of your boots do turn up, because i know how you are all feeling, for some of us the amount for these boots is a lot of money just to loose, especially at this time.
have a good new year all.
    X

  66. COCO Says:

Hello ,everyone ! The No.25 mentioned site :Pickugg or or dvdcoco.com and even bootpaypal.com are mine ,not joe aki’s
We are not a same company ,pls check it carefully before you post !
I just use the same template with him ,and it’s cheap and comfortable to see .
About the other things just I saw this site always are pop-up and in the No.1 rank in adwords ,so I copied somthing from him .Pls dont mix up them .
And I think I know why is the shipping process so slowly ,it’s the end of year many post office compelete their task ,and upload them slowly ,and the other important reason is that there are so many parcels need to send out as gift ,so the post office deal with them slowly .
And the UGG orginal are all made in China .many your loacl coutry wholsale ugg shoes from us .So maybe you buy the same one from your country seller.
Anyway ,the new Year is coming
    Have a new Year!

  67. Disgusted Says:

Natalie-I truly hope you are “for real” and not one of the ones this con man has created. I notice a lot of spelling errors just like on the UGGII website.
The only good that came out of my whole experience (aside from a lesson with regard to internet purchasing) was that the website was affiliated with ALertPay and they stand behind everything they say. Thanks to them though we didn’t get the boots we were able to enjoy our Christmas and spend the money on some real products.

    Thank you AlertPay!

  68. Shannon Says:

Just to let everyone know, my sister called Alert Pay (got phone numer from bank statement) and they reimbursed her no questions asked. She should see the credit from Alert Pay in 2-3 days. I recommend everyone requests their money back. We placed the order on Dec. 8th. Still no boots. Who knows, maybe they will arrive at my doorstep in a couple of days. Best of luck to everyone.

  69. richie allen Says:

ordered boots on dec 13 and still nothing
    very frustrated too

    thanks joe dicki!

  70. Gemma Says:

Im one of the culprits of the conman prick!

I ordered 2 pairs of boots on the 15th December and still not here. I have just taken out a dispute with AlertPay and emailed the conman and told him. I hope i get the same as No.47 Natalie.

  71. sarah Says:

Hey Nikki, Just to let you know I am a totally genuine customer, I too was mega p####d I thought I was not going to receive my boots, trust me I am a real person from Anfield in Liverpool and I did get my boots if you get back in touch with this notification maybe I can add you on facebook or something or another to prove this, hope your boots do turn up you will not be disappointed. I totally understand your scepticism as I felt the same after reading only 1 review on the uggii website.

  72. lkg_mom24 Says:

I, too, have been scammed by the UGGII.com site. I believe AlertPay is also involved. Also, I received an email yesterday to shop at a site called Endless.com. It is offereing the EXACT same products. Same scam, probably the same person. No contact information is available. I filed a report with IC3, Internet Crime Complaint Center. Please, everyone that has been victimized by this person needs to report it also.

  73. Natalie Says:

    Hi,
no i am genuine.. spelling mistakes are because im an 18yr and a bit 2 used 2 internet slang. sorry. i am from barrow-in-furness, cumbria UK & i can to add as a friend on facebook if you are in any doubt to assure you that i am genuine and my boots did eventually arrive,
i know how fustrating it can be reading different things, getting your hopes up one minute then reading something else and been well as i was quite scared your boots arent ever arriving.
i think its people & reviews like me and “sarah” above that actually give us the thought that maybe we will recieve our goods.
like i said let me know if in any doubt and i can add you on facebook.
    thanks.

  74. lkg_mom24 Says:

I still haven’t heard from joe aki, ming zhou, whoever he is, but I did receive email confirmation that AlertPay is refunding my money. I spoke with AlertPay on the phone and ripped them for doing business with this man. They were quite accomodating. They were totally aware of this merchant and his fraudulent practices. I no longer think they are “partners” with this man, but I think they all have the same mind set. They still make money off the people that do not dispute the fraud. If everyone requested a refund, whether you call your bank, payment center, credit card company, maybe it would shut him down. I so appreciate AjAy’s direction for AlterPay’s dispute process, since I struggled through their site. Here are other sites he has out there that are the same template, same “custome comments”, same no contact information: Endless.com, uggstopsale.com, uggsboots4all.com, UGGi.com, UGGI.com, UGGII.com, It is seriously a bummer for mom’s like PaulaPrior and myself that were thrilled to think we could get something “cool” for our girls that do without everyday of their lives. I am guilty of getting sucked into the idolatry of material things and brand names. You live, you learn. I will not be making the same mistake again. Peace!

  75. Paul Says:

I wish I had seen all these before purcahsin UGG boots for my wife. I ordered boots on 08.12.2008 and I have not seen anyhting for my money and to be honets it would appear that I never will. I would like the telephone number of Alertpay so if anyone can help please put it on this site. I need to get my money back I don not like being ripped off like this. Someone should go round to this Joe Aki, ming zhou and have him locked up for good so that he can not pray on others the way that he has preyed and lied to us.

  76. Melanie Says:

I ordered them too. they came within 3 weeks BUT they are NOT real. Not in the box, different lining AND the stitch is different than the real ones we have PLUS the sizes are different than the real ones.

I am trying to get my money back BUT they won’t answer emails! I am still trying to pursue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. EVER EVER EVER!!!

  77. Shannon Says:

This is in response to Paul. the number to alertpay is 514-748-5774. Good luck to you. I hope you get your refund.

  78. nikki Says:

Hi, I’m really sorry some of you guys have not receieved your boots and it seems strange that some have - like myself. I am real customer and if you want to get in touch with me you can via facebook. (nikki campbell - London network) If you do then make sure you write something about ugg boots in the message you send otherwise i will have no idea who you are!!. I have noticed that the said website is no longer up and running ‘maintainence’ supposedly! I really hope that you all either get the boots or your money back. I got both!! The boots are real, i have been to various shops checking out real ones and they are exactly the same. Mine came in a box with genuine UGG care card. That’s good enough for me. Hope you all get this problem sorted. Nikki

  79. tari Says:

I ordered Sundance Uggd from Pickugg (dvdcoco) on Dec19. They charged my card, and I received the order a few days ago. The wrong boots were sent - and they will not answer my emails. My last email pointed out the price difference to them - and today the website has a HIGHER price for the Sundance boots. I have no clue how I will get a refund - live and learn?? I agree - whether it’s hit or miss with these people - stay away. Funny thing is- I ordered Sundance boots KNOWING they are one of the few Uggs only made in New Zealand (most are made in China). My boots were shipped from China - and the pair I received are the kind that are made in China. Should I contact Alert-Pay?

  80. lkg_mom24 Says:

I reported this man to IC3 and The Ministry of Commerce to the Peoples Republic of China. I also filed reports with Amazon, Google, Whois, GoDaddy…. They all have responded with genuine concern and requested a copy of my IC3 report. I noticed that Amazon removed his link from their home page. WooHoo. Two days after doing this, I received an email from a person with an Asian name. (I sincerely apologize if that sounds offensive. I am not sure of the proper way to state that.) Naturally, like a doofus, I opened it thinking it may be a response from this evil person and immediately it attached a virus. I was protected and no harm was done. I did search on this man and found blogs where he was inquiring about how to attach, draw, phish, access personal information. Hmmmm. He definately has IT experience. So, if you report him, be cautious of emails that have a subject that says, “RE: and a name.” I have received three, but I feel it is easy to report it as spam, compared to the hope that he’s caught and/or shut down. As if China isn’t struggling enough with their reputation. I will never purchase from a web site that requires YOU to send them YOUR email information as a form of contacting them. When I spoke with AlertPay, they shared that customers will call them prior to submitting the payment info, and inquire about the legitimacy of the site. I didn’t know this was an avenue. He may never stop or get caught, but he will answer the Highest Judge, and it won’t be long!!! I don’t know if anyone actually reads this, but I feel better after I vent. Good luck to everyone. Peace and love in Christ. Be ready, eternal bliss, with no eveil scammers, is near.

  81. lkg_mom24 Says:

Sorry all, just a few more things.

Mel, comment 54, I sent an email to AlertPay telling them they are liable, considering they continue to be a paycenter for this crook, making them an accessory. I received an email the next day saying I was getting a refund. The day after that it was credited back! So, do not let them give you the run around.

Ben, comment 30, I have sent a barrage of emails to the ones that are still active. It probably was never noticed, but it was a good outlet for my frustration. Thanks for the idea.

Nikki, comment 59, If I receive my order, I will personally contact everyone I reported him to and tell them I was wrong and accept any consequences for making false statements and reports. I will tell them I am a psycho that was just causing problems. I will never have to though because the man has no scruples.

I found on godaddy.com where this man has several domains for uggs. He gets your money, disables the domain then hops to another one.

    Thats all, enough said. :)

  82. Michelle Says:

Has anyone bought UGGS from UGGOFFER.com? I am getting a bit nervous about this site after reading about UGGII.com

  83. Gemma Says:

Hi Debbie, not sure if you are still on here but i just have a question, and to anyone else who has bought from ugglyboot.co.uk. I have bought some UGGS there a week ago now have not received anything, however i have to say the customer communication is good, they have answered all my requests. The only weird thing is they have given me a tracking no. which on ems says its been collected, on parcelforce says its been collected from the customer, yet this was now on 8th jan, and still the status has not changed. I have emailed both ugglyboot and parcelforce. The customer services people say my parcel is in england now and will be here asap, but nowhere on tracking does it say this and parcelforce say there is no record at all. Not entirely sure what to do. I paid through paypal. Can i ask Debbie, are you in the UK? and were the boots you received genuine uggs, and ok? or do you suspect them to be fakes? Can anyone else help with this?! I never realised how many scammers there are online till i found this message board. Its terrible that people can act in this way. Many thanks for anyone with any advice or info,

    Gemma

  84. Uschi Says:

Hi, same here. Ordered my boots 3rd December and have not received them until today. I did not get worried at first since the shipment was over x-mas and to Holland, but opened a dispute with Alertpay today and will open one with the credit card company tomorrow. Don’t think I will ever receive my boots. Thanks for all the good advise and I will keep pushing Alertpay to make sure I get a refund.

    Uschi

  85. jennifer May Says:

omg! we have also ordered boots on the 11th december and not received anything. I have been worried for a few weks now and only found this site today, will open dispute with alertpay and contact my bank. hope we all get refund eh!

  86. Uschi Says:

Anyone who has bought UGGS from the con-company UGGII.com and paid through Alertpay, get in touch with Alertpay asap. You will get a refund!

  87. Lorna Says:

Still no boots - but at least Alertpay have now refunded my money! :)

  88. Mary Says:

In reference to Uggoffer.com I bought 2 Uggs from them. One pair was fine but the other pair had a hole that was visible about an 1/8″ in diameter. I shipped it back to them for a refund. They refunded the cost of the boot but are refusing to pay the cost of the shipping to return the defective boot to them “Customers responsible the return freight, this is our policy , please
    > understand !” I am out $34.20, not an insignificant amount.I am not sure what else I can do to get my money back. Any ideas?

  89. Amanda Says:

Does anybody know how long does it take to recieve a refund from Alertpay? I logged non receipt of UGG boots on 15th Jan 09 & havent heard anything back from them yet? I purchaed the UGGs from UGGII on 12th Dec 08 & havent received them :-(

  90. Becky Says:

Hi everyone. We’ve also been ripped of. ordered some uggs begining of december, and still not received them. I’ve emailed the company, no reply. emailed joe aki directly. I’ve also tracked him down on facebook…I added him as a friend and messaged him, and still nothing. I’ve been into the bank and I can’t get a refund because I paid by debit card.
Has anyone else contacted watchdog? I got intouch with them about 3 weeks ago.

  91. Georgina Says:

HI - cant believe I have found this website now! Exactly the same as you all, ordered the boots for my sister for her busband to give her for Christmas on 13th Dec, Have not received anything, have emailed daily to all the contacts I have but nothing, The emails to admin at UGGII come back and can not be delivered. I have contacted alert pay but not heard back from them - can anyone who has got a refund through alert pay tell me how long it took? Just to give me some piece of mind that I might too! Only opened up the complaint last wek but getting desperately worried now after reading all these. How can he be allowed to do this and why are companies like Alert Pay and Paypal doing dealing with him after this many complaints??

  92. Louise Says:

  93. Karen Says:

The site is currently down for maintenance. Please excuse the dust, and try back later.
The Admin / Webmaster has enabled maintenance at : 2008-12-24 18:58:36

  94. Becky Says:

  95. Georgina Says:

  96. scott Says:

  97. Natalie Says:

I too, ordered UGG boots for my daughter who had done the research and said they looked to be totally authentic. $104 was listed as being taken on 12/8/08 from AlertPay and I never received the boots. When i contacted the joeaki website I heard nothing. I too got ripped off. I actually went and bought my daughter the boots at the mall just before Christmas as I had a feeling they were not going to arrive. They did not and I got scammed. I contacted the Better Business Bureau today. After reading all of these entries and after all the time that has gone by I know that I too got scammed.

  98. Gail Says:

  100. Heidi Says:

I wish people would stop being so foolish as to think that any web site located in China which is selling knock off and counterfeit goods would stop and really think about what they are doing. I mean really, you are sending a Western Union payment - to China, and you think this is a reputable seller? With ANY Western Union payment, you have no recourse. In short, once the money is sent, it is untraceable so consider it gone forever. I strongly suggest that people use only verified, reputable sites that do not require things like Western Union, bank transfers, and whatnot for methods of payment. And, especially beware of any site located in China. Most are scam sites. Oh sure, you may get your item. Bit I guarantee it will be a total waste of money since they will ship you inferior, shoddy goods. I don’t know of ANY legitimate sites in China that sell authentic goods. Only knock offs and counterfeit items are sold there.
Besides, don’t be so cheap. If you cannot afford real designer goods, like Uggs…then don’t buy them. And just because you can’t afford designer goods is not a bad thing in itself. Many of us cannot afford to but such luxuries in life. I can, but only once in a LONG while! Either way, please don’t support the knock off industry. By doing so, you are doing nothing but making the authentic company drive up the cost of their real goods in order to counter this type of activity through massive advertising and other efforts. It all adds up quickly. When you buy knock off items, even on ebay or elsewhere, you are only helping yourself. You are also screwing the rest of us who buy real designer goods from reputable stores.

  101. sandy Says:

I bought this product—very foolish of me. It is TRASH, when i tried to return it was told that I need to have 30% of my money deducted for restocking fee…RIDICULOS.
I wish that the proper authority that protects consumers from SCAM like this can do something about it. Please DON’T EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT.

  102. Shannon Says:

Hello, I have posted previous comments here. I just wanted to let you know, joe akai is back!!! He actually had the nerve to send me an email with a coupon for $10.00 off any order. Please be aware of him. I am going to contact Alert Pay again and let them know he is back in business. Could not believe my eyes when I saw that he emailed me. I never did receive the boots.

  103. Bernadette Reilly Says:

  104. Vickf82 Says:

  105. Val Says:

Hi ordered boots from this site before and received them after about 3 weeks. If they are fake it is impossible to tell really comfy and look great these boots are €250 to buy here in Dublin compared to €60-€70 on this site :)
