Okay so I am the one who did the poll a couple of weeks or days ago on which would look better on brown eyes, Teal green or Sultry Plum! So Sultry plum won and I ended up buying another waterproof pencil by NYC called (ironically) sultry plum! I tried it on and you can't even see it =(! How do I make the pencil show on my dark skin?
Is there a way to warm up the pencil without a lighter? If so, please tell me!
Is there a way to warm a pencil up with just water?
