I sent them an email and asked and they responded by saying by erasing the credit card attached to the account from my online account, but I see no way of doing so. Help plz.

There is a way to cancel your account… just call customer service and when you speak to a representative they try to persuade you to just suspend your account but you can terminate it to (thats wut i did)

I don’t think that there is a way to cancel your account online. You need to call Customer Service at 1-800-876-9717.
