i have never tried mascara before but i'm looking into maybelline define a lash (the one in the green tube) because i want to lengthen my lashes. anyway, i'm not sure if i want regular or waterproof. i want something that i can easily wash off without buying a remover but i don't want smudges and nonlasting effects. also i heard waterproof damages the eyelashes??
wow people don't know how to read or what? my question asks if i should get waterproof mascara or not...THAT'S IT. SIMPLE AS THAT.
