I have always had dark brown eyes. And since I've gotten older, they are changing colors. Now they are like a reddish-brown with a little grey in them. My mom has a a lot of grey in her eyes too. I've noticed it in a lot of my family members. Now, I have it. What could be happening? I'm African-American, but I have a very mixed up racial background from both sides of my family. Could it be some of the other genes showing up, or something? I don't know. It's just interesting.
