My bangs are unequal and my hair like the side parts are unequal o.o i do not know what this hair dresser did D= my hair is short on one side and long on the other, but i want them equal now, how do I? how long should i wait before i cut it? my short side of my hair's bangs is roughly 1 inch. =3 so, when should i cut it and still be able to look asian after the cut? how would i be able to restore my hair length after? plese and thank you!

I'm 22 years old and I am starting to notice my hair is getting thinner, however I do not believe it is male pattern baldness because I'm losing hair on my entire head all very evenly. From what I hear about male pattern baldness is that it is mostly on the crown of the head. So what can be causing this, any ideas?
