My 10 year old daughter has dandruff how can I help get rid of it?

My hair is a natural light brown and I had never died my hair before a night ago. A friend foiled my hair and put in dark brown permanent hair color and bleach blonde highlights. I looked like a skunk! The friend that it looked beautiful, but i hated and wanted to put red in it. The red was a rinse and the highlights showed up after it was put in, but I'm afraid! Red will fade fast, i don't want my head looking like a skunk, and the dark brown is too dark for me. I'm thinking about going to a salon and have the color lifted, but I don't know what that would do to my hair. I just want my natural light brown hair with red highlights, but I'm also scared that having the permanent dye lifted will damage my hair.

MY hair is SO ugly!!!. Its puffy and frizzy. I wear it up basically every day. If i take a shower and dry my hair i would look like a geek with my hair down. I have school so i do not have time to straighten my hair because i have home work. I want to wear my hair down. Could it be that i dry my hair wrong. And my mom says the way i put it in a pony tail is weird. i do it how all my friends do and their hair is fine!!!! HELP!

So I am getting a haircut this week and need help with the style. I want to get my hair cut short, about chin length or a little lower. Lots of layers, but not too choppy, and side bangs. I have a round face and dirty blonde hair. My hair is currently shoulder length with long fading layers and bangs. I am a black male and just recently my hair/scalp feels like its dry and itchy for some reason.. It could be because I just got my hair cut at this new place but my hair and scalp feels so dry and itchy especially when I get hot too.. My shampoo obviously isn't doing the job Is there any suggestions out there?
