Can you bleach makeup brushes? Coastal Scents sells the 'badger' brushes that are dual-toned and I want to try that on a makeup brush like a person would bleach their hair... Is that possible? I have pretty sensitive skin, but i am also REALLY pale. is there any self tanners that work for sensitive skin. I have only tried one and it got a rash. any that have worked for you? also i live in Chicago so i cant just go outside right now and get tan. i can get cold tho :/

I want to invest in a primer but i dont want to buy a foundation and eyeshadow primer. Im a teen little money..so could i use a foundation primer to help my eyeshadow stick better? ive tried foundation on my eyelid but it makes no difference to me.
