When i put my foundation on it always goes patchy what are good ways for it not go this way? I have been told that moisturiser then talcom powder works, is this true? Please help i dont feel confident when my foundation is like this.

I have a yellowy skin tone, I have bluey-green eyes with bits of yellow and they are really big lol.
