well i want to get my nose pierced and im 15 years old and ugh everyone is allowed to get piercing and stuff so i don't understand why i can't, what i want to know is lets say i get it done, will the whole go away if i take it out ? cause if it does then mom will prob let me get it done, please help thank you bye

i been wanting to get the top part of my ears peirced since forever. I needa parent to come to claires with me and idk how to tell my mom that i want one. usually i do things w/o telling her and hide it but then i dont wanna hide this. My mom is old fashion. hey so I (unlike my sister or most friends) have really discolored skin around my eyes. I use concealer to cover it but it wears off throughout the day and I keep having to put more on. its nerve racking. above and on the outside corners of my eyes is redish without makeup and below my eyes is kinda dark (they're not really bags or anything just dark circles) is there anything I can do nightly or daily to help them? anything like home remedies or cheap creams I can buy? I've had this problem since I was like 8 years old. so any advise will help! thanks!
