I can't seem to keep them like that. How does everyone do it?

Someone told me today that a model in a Banana Republic ad that is on buses and things of that sort (this is in Chicago, but I'm sure it's the same everywhere), looks just like me. All I know about the ad is that the model has short blonde hair. Can anyone show me the exact ad, model, or perhaps point me to a magazine that the ad is in? I'm dying to see how much this girl supposedly looks like me. Thanks! Female model.

My hair is about even with my boob and I want a new awesome but really cute hairstyle! I want it long still but something really funky and cool! Im ready for a change. Does anyone have a website with pictures of really good ones? Remember long!! Thanks!!!! My hair now is just long layers with side bangs which EVERYONE has. I'm sick of it.

I am 14 and I have semi permanently dyed my hair a few times at the hair dressers, I am naturally dark brown but used to get blonde foils and now my hair is lighter up the top and I HATE it, my mum will only let me do semis becuase of re growth, could I use a permanent from the shops, and when regrowth starts to show, just dye the TOP only, using a brush and the same hair dye as I originally used? Would it work? I am also growing my hair longer, and dont get it cut, except for friday so I can get all the split ends off and look after it better. Other than that, i wont get it cut for a long time, so it wont grow as fast anymore. And to Peanut, I am dying back to my natural colour as foils ruined it.

i just straightened my hair and was wondering what should i do with it now? it is light brown, natural blond streaks, under shoulders, layered. i cant wear it out becuase i have school.
