I would like to ask what is the difference between concealer and foundation? which 1 do we apply first and also what's the difference between foundation & compact powder. are they the same? I am turning 30 next month, and have finally decided on a tattoo (my first). I would like to have the tattoo placed on the back of my heel (not on the sole) but near the achilies tendon, about the size of a quarter. My hair has blonde on the top and a darker color on the bottom right now. My natural color is somewhat of a dark blonde. I don't have enough money to get it professionally done this time. Tips/Instructions would be great too! Thank you! :)
