What is purple powder foundation? How is it different from the normal powder foundation?

I have a very light tan color, i am caucation. I have blue eyes and light brown hair. I am also 5' 0 and I am heavy.

my left side is like a almond shape and my right side is like a LITTLE round but people say my eyes look the same i have asain eyes :P but not too narrow or small i thought of plastic surgery but its gonna cause a whole lotta money just for one eye and im only 13 :/

i don't know what to do, because they go all red and it looks as though im crying! sounds funny, but i want to stop it. im doing the bottom of my eye, and i have about 4 different brands. im desperate! lol
