I once received a set of lip and eye color cosmetics made by Hard Candy. It's orange in package. Once you open the paper box, it has a few sentences inside. Very stylishly written, can't remember them all, except the last sentence vaguely similar to " i will take LA (the city) and nothing else". Anyone has the full quotes?

I was thinking about buying the $60 starter kit that comes with small containers of 2 diff foundations, the veil, 3 brushes, etc.... but i thought, if I go to Ulta and get them to choose the right color, do I really need 2? I could just buy the full sized foundation and veil, but buying the 3 brushes would cost more than the kit itself. Are they worth it? If not, what specific brands would you recommend?
