where can I buy bare minerals?

Some of the shades I've seen would be awesome eyeshadows. Same for lipstick but I'm sure I could use some gloss and a brush dipped in the glitter to make it stick. But what is it in eyeshadow that makes it stick to the lid?

Tinted lip balms interest me. I want to buy some. Unfortunately, drugstores carry only a few choices. Aside from the Burt's Bees lip shimmers, what other brands of tinted lip balms can be seen at drugstores?

Hi. I am having a job interview at Macy's for the cosmetics department. I am wondering what in the world are they going to ask me. Honestly...in the application I sort of lie....just a little....I am really good with cosmetics but I've never worked as a cosmetic consultant and they called me because I said I had experience working at another store...when I didn't. I mean....you don't have to be a licensed cosmetologist to work at Macy's.... So yeah.....what kind of questions should I be expecting??? How can I impress them??? Hi, I like makeup, but I have sensitive skin and the good stuff is expensive. I'd like to make my own makeup, using natural ingredients, maybe even mineral makeup?
