i just put small dabs on my scars on my face do i just leave it on now and go to bed?

when i went shopping with my friends i was shocked that they spent $150 to $200 on a pair of jeans (they get true religion,sevens, joe's jeans)...i kind of think its rediculous- i usely spend like 30 bucks would you guys ever do this? if you do- are the jeans really worth it?

I have a long dress that I love and want to wear for this weekend's holiday party but it is slightly short. It hits my ankles and I want it to just brush the floor when I wear 4 inch heels. What can I do about it?
