I have a family friend who has a dry scalp and everytime she touch her hair slightly white flanky spots fall out. Does those classify as Dandruff or dry skin?? and how can i help her? ps even though she just have a shower those white stuff still comes out

I bought some sugar scrub but I'm not happy with the way I'm using it and wonder whether I am doing something wrong. I use it while having a shower, scrubbing my knees and elbows with it to get rid of flaky winter skin. This works well, skin ends up nice and soft, but after that I rinse and rinse and rinse and the skin still stays sticky. I suppose the hot water melts some of the sugar and I end up with something not unsimilar to icing on my skin :o) So what am I supposed to do - get rid of it with cold water instead?
