hoow do i apply eyeliner when i do not have double eyelid? and my eyelid is kinda weird from others i feel. its very hard to apply on eye liner. pleaaase heelp!

I am going to get a haircut today, but I don't know what kind of haircute to get. I have long brown hair and it's kind of curly. I (unfortuntately) have a very high forehead. I was going to get side bangs and long layers but I'm not sure if that would work because my hair is REALLY thick, and when I say REALLY I mean REALLY. It's like a mop : ) I want to keep it short, because if I gut it too short my hair will get really curly and it will add SO much volume. If you guys have an pictures of haircuts that you think would work, please show me =]

My hair is extremely thick so I know micros might take like 8 hrs! So I've never had them. If I get the weave which I'm really leaning toward I'll get a golden blond on top and dark brown lo- lites cut in layers.
