what is your dry skin solution?!.. i really .. desperately need it .. i have dry skin on my legs .. elbows and knees .. recommending soaps (that should be gentle for young skin) and or home remedies will help ..or anything will actually help best answer gets 10 points

I am a guy of about 17. Cut to the chase, i have a short body. My hips are too highly placed thus making my torso shorter. This makes shirts seem too long for me and tucking in is a definite no no. Do you have any suggestions on how to create the illusion of a longer body? Or better still, any tips on how to elongate the body?
