I have died my hair dark brown and want to go a lighter brown but what is the easiest way to do that?

Ever since I was little (4 to be exact) I've wanted to design clothes. A friend of my mother's is a teacher at Parson's School of Design and he's mentioned that I should definitely give it a try. So, I was wondering...what good colleges are there? Also, I have been designing, sewing my own clothes for a while, but what else can I do to prepare myself?

what is a GOOD but pretttyy CHEAP..i know, hard to find both... heat protectant spray for your hair??? ya know...to reduce the damage from heat styling..blowdrying..flat irons..etc. thanks!

I have just purchased a beautiful lovely leather jacket for the winter and would like it to last as many years as possible. Do I need to spray anything on it to protect it incase it gets wet?.

I got my belly button pierced about 3 months ago and it seems to hve healed nicely, there is no crust or red and it isn't warm to the touch, but it does discharge a little bit of pus when I squeeze it (white) that smells a bit terrible. Is it infected? or is this normal?
