Im a 16 year old male, (straight, if it matters) and i start cosmetology school in one month. I'm nervous because i know NOTHING about cosmetology other than what it is. I dont know the first thing when it comes to applying make-up, i dont know what make-up is what and what they all do, everything is completely foreign to me. I also am clueless when it comes to hairstyles, products, etc. I really want to go through with this, but i need a head start to work with. Can anyone help me out? Where can i get an on-line guide for total beginners? Please help in any way you see fit. Thank you. :)

i got stuck in a corset earlier & tho there is no close up on the corset that i own of the "pins" that shut it, rather than bra hooks, but here is a closer shot of a similar pin (tho mine had many more pins than this one) of the type of pin that opens and closes it: http://www.brautkleid-brautkleider.net/product_info.php/products_id/711/language/en is there a trick to opening & closing these pins?! as they either all open at once (due to alignment?) or they remain "locked" due to angle of the metal... ok the pins look like metal studs (round) which fit into a metal sheet (circle shape) but pull into a narrower bit so once pulled tight the pin head can no longer get out of circle shape as its pulled to a narrower section.. the metal is obviously straight across so if it is at an angle to the pin the pin will not be able to slide out straight but gets hooked at an angle on the metal plate, thats why you can either get 7 out of 10 undone/done up, or none at all. metal plate angle. or is that why the above corset says "fetish" next to it.. because once you get the clasps done up its like bondage and you cant get out easily?! LOL

My socks are brown, black or blue. Shorts? What kind of shorts? Also, what kind of shirt would go well, and maybe what color? Also, what kind of shoes would go well. This would either be for work or casual!

i just colored my hair.....i gt naturally black hair and this is my 2nd time colouring. The first time i coloured my hair, it was awesome but this time it didnt even show up like they advertised, only a bit around the roots and the skin!!.... i think the colour is deep burgundy auburn... it shwed in the back of the pack that black coloured hair will turn dark red.... and it didnt!! it cost me $20.. so i can i get a refund frm loreal? and i am in nz by the way..

i just cut my hair and its and inverted bob right at my hair line going down to my ears and i want it at least down to my shoulders as soon as possible. i hate it, its too short and it makes me look like a little girl. i need some FREE at home tips please. thanks!

i want a hair products sort of like maybe hair gel or something that is not going to make my hair look greasy or yukky but will keep my fringe straight in the rain, what would be the best product for me to try?

Hey, I've found an online store where you can buy clothes and because I don't live in the USA I just wondered how big size 2 is (for women). I've looked for sites that explain the measurements but I only could find some where they begin with size 8 or even bigger, but on that site it goes from size 2 to 18. Is it like XS or 32-34 or so? If it's 36 or S it'd be too big and many stores don't have small clothes.
