In British stores, you can't try mascara (which is a pain) and i can't seem to find a great mascara that doesn't clump. I have fairly short lashes, but all the ones I find to make them longer clump. I don't want to have to spend loads of money finding the perfect mascara. Any help?

now i am a first time user of any complexion makeup. i have been researching bare minerals but i have heard ups and downs about it. i know it is good. but i have heard it sets in lines, sweats off in the summer, it rubs off in general, the brushes are rough, warmth is too dark. and it is expensive!!! i just want a good inexpensive face products for my skin which is not too bad blemish wise but is a little oily Sorry last thing!! i really want to know what are the best face brushes that are also inexpensive
