I just got a tattoo of a cross with some words on it on my uper forearm it's now the third day with it and my arm is still stiff and kinda hard to bend it's not iching yet how long should this last

Does anyone know of any good FX makeup schools on the East coast? I know must of them are in Cali but I'm really wanting to go to one and I live in TN and wanted to go somewhere closer to home. Any suggestions?

I have normal skin. and whenever i use covergirl TruBlend. My face breaks out that night or the next day. Does anyone have a foundation suggestion?

I dyed my hair about 2 months ago using Natural Instinct's "Midnight Black." For some reason it's still in my hair and doesn't seem to be washing out. My roots are growing in blonder than usual also. My natural hair color was medium-darkish brown, or at least i thought it was. I've never seen my roots this light. I don't really know what to do about it, because I don't know if I should wait to see if the color budges or if I should re-dye it a dark brown to even out my head. I guess what I'm asking is: Should I wait or should I color? If I should color, do you have any product suggestions? No permanent dyes please....
