It was written as an answer to a mascara question, apparently once it's dry, it has great staying power. It is an Asian brand (probably Japanese). The girl described it as "tiny little tubes on your eyelashes, which wash off either with water or water soluble cleanser". Can anyone help me regarding which mascara this is? Thank you
