Not major blackheads, but what if there are like a few around the nose and just in general. is clean and clear good? does it work? how long does it take for the results? what cleansers?

I want to do my hair like Serena in Gossip Girl of episode one season two. She wears her hair up at the White Party, but I can't find any really good pictures of her hair that I can show to my hair person. I need different angles of it like they show in the episode. I don't know how to do it though. Can some one please show me some good pictures of her hair?

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any "around the house" skin or hair care products that work. I've heard of the whole 'tomato paste' and 'egg yolk' which do work. But i was just curious if there were any other natural things to clear up little acne problems or make your skin and hair shine. :-]
