My hair is thin and curly. It's also very dry and damaged because I straighten it every 2 days or so. I really want to cut it shorter (around shoulder length and in layers) but I'm afraid that because if it's short, I'll have to straighten it more, and I'll be exactly where I am now, only my hair will be shorter. Is it a good idea to cut it, now? Also would it be better if I cute my hair and then Japanese Straightening it? (or the other way around?) Thanks to anyone who replies :D
