when I go to school I like to wear a light pink or brown shimmery eyeshadow but I think I don't apply it correctly, do you put it all over your entire lid?

I've got mascara, lip-gloss, foundation and black eyeliner. What other make-up / brushes will I need? Should I change any of what I'm already using? I'm wearing this to a wedding. I'm a girl with a C-bra and I want to cosplay a male at Oni-con- The guy I'm cosplaying is Kamijo Yuuji from the band Versailles and the poet shirt he wears opens down the chest. I want to keep that look, but the clevage will be... distracting, so I need a way to make my boobs seem to 'disappear' so I can still have the V neck opening. okay , so there is a girl in grade 11 i think in our school maybe gr 12 and she is rich now, pfft, just cuz of her step dad, and she has the nicest clothes and make up, and house, so she comes to school everyday and her face is like plastic, not one zit is spotted, i saw her without makeup and she has zits, how do you get your cover up to actully cover up like that."/
