i have scene hair, and i have black hair :) but i want to dye my bangs. wat should i dye it neon blue, neon green? any ideas. and pics would help to!?! and no pink plz :)

I recieved a pnecklace as a present and i accedentally broke it! It was one of my favourite pieces of jewellery and i need to find another of the same type - not so that i can pretend i didnt break it but because i adore it too much. It is not a long necklace, and consists of three very thin strands of a wire like thing, with pearls dotted along it... if any one knows a similar one, i live in berkshire, ENGLAND... thank you soo much
