I've been thinking about giving myself highlights and I saw this one kit that came with a cap and another that you just put right on your hair. I want the highlights to look more natural so what would be the best kit. Also, I have dark drown hair (close to black) so what color do you think i should get?

Hey all- I bought myself a coastal scents huge palette with blushes and eyeshadows.So that's covered- I need a good mascara- preferrably something I can get at the drug store, and a concealer I can use under my eyes and on zits. I want liquid not powder, Again, something drug-store getable. I know you ladies give great advice, so what brands??
