i see people, most of them are females..they have quite white armpits, but there some portions that are dark..what's that? and those little black dots ..what are those?

I have brown hair, but I've tried dying it with garnier nutrises before but that just turned it a bit ginger, I've tried tea and that didn't work. i thought my hair was blonde, but it just looks its mianly because it's dry and dull and not full of a radiant colour. I got pantene brunete expressiosn shampoo, smooth and sleek leav in conidiotn and some frizz ease serum. None of them really help, the only thing what helps my hair is just leaving it, and not putting any chemicals in it, but I still want my hair to be a much darker radiant colour. What moisturising conditioner should i get, and how many times and when shall i condition# In UK btw so no Dax miracle from sallys US beauty shop recommendations please

I have 2 Lo Tops and 2 Hi Tops

I'm a little bored and looking for ideas :] Basically we're just going to the pub but it's for a mates bday and everyones dressing up (dresses etc...). I only own one dress which isn't really dressy, plus my other half will be in jeans and a jumper lol. But I wanna look goooooooooood :p Ideas on what I should aim for? How shall I do my hair and make-up? My hairs shoulder length, naturally curly a rubbish colour atm lol. Hello, for the past few years i've been getting blonde highlights, i recently got sick of this colour so got it dyed red at the hairdressers,. However were the blond was previously it's faded loads which is really annoying as it's only been 2 weeks. I was just wondering if there's a way to get rid of both colours without waiting for them to grow out/fade naturally, the reds semi permanent and the blond highlights were permanent. Thanks for your help Oh i forgot to say my natural hair colour is like a mousey brown colour in case you needed to know.
