And What Is The Write Thing To Do ???! What Should I Use Leave In Condtinor Or A Normal Condtinor ?! And When To Brush Before Or After ?! HELP !

I got my tongue pierced a week ago and everythings fine the swellins gone apart from one thing.. when he pierced it he went to the left of the underneath off my tongue (you know you get that line the bit off skin that connects to the bottem of your mouth. Any way he pierced to the left off tht and now there's just lyk a big hard lump on that side off my mouth which is quite painfull.. but the right side is normal? Any answer apprciated :) Sorry meant to say a big hard lump in my tongue not mouth

he doesnt have time in the mornings to wash it ,because he is up very early for school ..i also feel washing it so much is taking the goodness out of it ,like the oils ..he 16 yrs old .maybe its hormonal .its seems to be worse than before ...i tried most shampoos .his hair is shoulder lenght too ...can anyone help with this ...thanks
