What is the best type of Mascara to put on?

I got asked out today at a superbowl party by my really great friend of 2 years. I said yes because we have soo much in comon. But it still kinda feels like were on a friend level. how can i get to the next level(no kissing lips or beyond)

i am going to India. The weather is very hot and humid over there. so i need the BEST sweat proof and waterproof foundation, mascara, and liquid eyeliner. So they don't wear out when i step outside, or melt down my face, or smear. I also have oily skin which makes it worse. So please help me find which products are BEST for hot and humid weather. i don't care about the price. Thank u.

and now i got home from school and where i put pressed powder its all sticky there. why is that the case and would i need to wipe that off and put some new powder there
