IT hurts

My hair is wavy, and is kind of straight in the back of my head. I want it all straight, but it does like some weird bumps. Also, if you know about any good shampoos or techinques on how to cut my hair when it gets longer or anything, please tell me.

This company is a totally illegitimate, illegal operation. First of all, I was solicited on a a school campus which is private property, and therefore completely illegal. Secondly, although the sales person was kind and professional, these salons are quite simply horrid! If you can even manage to find one that has not closed down,is booked for months or that quite simply does not honor the package,(which is what the majority of the salons offer sadly)believe me, if you are like any typical college girl, you will not want to go to them. THE WORST PART OF THIS WHOLE SCAM IS THAT THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW ALL OF THEIR ABSURD, UNETHICAL DIRECTIONS FOR CANCELLING....COME ON GUYS. CHECK ON THE BBB. THIS COMPANY IS PURE FRAUD. SHAME ON THE LOSERS RUNNING IT!!!!

okay so my mom is bugging me about cutting my hair (my mom's a hairdresser) because since my hair is long I always have it in my face and we agreed she could cut it as long as I get to choose the hair style and the haircut needs to be short but not too short so I choose Sasuke's haircut. My mom has never seen Naruto so I need some real life pictures of him but I need the picture to be without the spikes in the back because I already have the bangs. Please help me, my mom won't stop bugging me.

ok i got lululemon pants on sunday i wore them monday and i already wrecked them. i think it was the rubber thing on my coat but it like wrecked the back it made it all like fuzzy and its all like little balls of the material pulled up. i have washed them. is there any way to fix them???? . THANKS

It's (sorta) the new year, I just turned 13, and I am so bored with my life! I'm trying for change, and one of the changes is I need a makeover. I got forehead bangs a month ago (ackk I hate it!) and I really hate how I look right now (please don't tell me about confidence and self-esteem and loving how you look and stuff, this is why I'm changing [: ) So here's me, sorry for the un-smiling-liness of some of them, but I took those during school and i couldn't smile or else my teacher would get all mad and stuff (weird teacher :]).
