both would have to be acidic, because i have fine hair. i want a root perm so i ill have more body and volume especially at the roots, and to give the lengths a bit of wave. But i also want a spot perm on th ends of my hair, so that they curl at the bottom. I would like both of these, could i ask for both? please explain? can i get both at once?

Hi, I saw this on a Japanese girl. I asked her for the nameof mascara,and she told me the name,but I forgot... it sounded very Japanese :) So, this mascara is clear. It looked on her eyelashes like a droplet of water... or like a dewdrop. It was very light because her eyelashes were not weighed down, although it was of a considerable size. Does anyone know what I am talking about and what's the name of that "mascara"? Thank you :)

Hello i'm going out tonight n need help! my hair is quite long but not as long as hers and fine but i have alot of hair (lots of strands, they are just thin) i can get it quite big with hairspray though. i am planning on going to the Manchester tattoo convention in March, i was wondering if you can get tattoos there or is it just to look at work? and if u cant get tattoos there can u talk to the artists and get advice on tattoo's and then maybe book with them for work at their parlour? would be grateful for any ino, thanks
