Have you ever had to dig around in your belly button with a q tip? How dirty was it the first time you cleaned it and what came out? I just did this and I feel weird about it : S. Is this normal? my friends with innies dont use a q-tip

My face tends to breakout along my jawline, i answer telephones at work, i think oils from other peoples skin are on the phone,i alcohol the phone down but i need an effective face routine and how long will it tke to clear my face up and should it be expensive stuff or drug-store? Does anyone know any sites where i can receive free beauty or makeup samples in the mail? I work with a few teenage girls, and like to give them beauty tips, advise and samples of items so that they can practice. P.S. I tried most of the sites on google, but all they do is have me do tons of questionnaire, before they start sending all this useless junk mail, and i never receive anything. Thanks!!
