Is it just a moisturiser or a night time treatment, i.e does it do anything for the skin ( discoloration, wrinkles) or it just moisturizes. The other thing, is it for day time or night time.

ok so yea imma dude and i had my nose done well besides me ripping it out all the time while im sleepng ive been putting a bandiad on it at night with neosporen and its been good for like 2 weeks now no problems......then today i ran outa fabric bandaids and i used a latex one right and put it on when i whent to the junk yard to get parts.........well i took the bandaid off and it was gone and im like shit it fell out whered it go.... i look at my nose and theres puss on it and i touch it and it sticks to my finger and comes off easly like that its not red or infected or anything but im looking for it and i feel something in my nose so i sstick my finger in there and push it out....it when in my nose.....and its not a little head either itss oretty big ive had this thing for like.....3-4 months now......why is it getting fucked up is it to big it sez its a 22 guage but thats tiny this things like a 16 cuz my tongue is a 12 and its almost the same and it was done with a 16g needle and its really hard to get in it takes hours to get it in when it falls out cuz at the end it has a ball on it so it dont fall out.. i had L shaped rings but cant get those in................so wuts with this randomly going in my nose and being all fuck up all of a sudden im thinkif if i get a smaller one then it will be all good.... like my eyebrow ring.....it was to big an never healed cuz of it then i put a smaller one in it and had no problems but i took it out cuz it got all fucked up with the big one in there sorry about my grammy some of my punctuation keys dont work
