What should i do to get a better tan by being in the sun?

I have worked with makeup and skin products for as long as I can remember..... i hate getting the stuff at wal-mart, target, and other drug stores cause theyre never SATISFACTORY!!! Right now with this economy I cant afford to update my makeup stash cause like all us girls I WANT THE GOOD EXPENSIVE stuff! well recently its become the biggest craze and heard about a new makeup line on the Tyra Banks show, Oprah, Glamour, and many more top mags!!! ITS UNBELIEVABLY affordable and I just recently went crazy and spent over $40 and got a huge supply of stuff and have been using it daily and love it!!!! I have pretty dark skin and I don't like it. It wasn't always like this but it is now permanently. (Before it looked like I had a year round tan but now it looks like a permanent messed up tan) Something that works please (no lemons or anything that makes your skin bad) Thank you! =D

im african american and my face have alot of dark spots on it i was wondering if i use the apricot scrub to remove the dead skins and afrter day use the bio oil on my face do u think it would work? .

I am 18, 5.7" and wieigh 143 pounds...is this normal... idk?
