after i shave my legs it still feels pricky. I have tried different razors and creams/shavings gels. nothing is seeming to work..they will feel smooth until i get out to put lotion on and it feels like i didnt even shave. also when i shave "down there" i cant get a close enough shave either. any sugestions?

im turning 14 in a few months and i want it pierced sooo bad. But they wont let me til im 16. how do i convince them? and really, i dont want to hear that im to young and i should just wait
