I have blue-ish green eyes and I wear black eyeliner on the bottom and also wear black mascara on my top lashes. what would really make my eyes pop? I really like using black so I will not wear brown (sorry) and also the whole mascara on the bottom thing doesn't always work! tips? thanks and also what eyeshaddows should I use? How can I apply eyeshaddow that isn't too dramatic but looks natural on me...How can I apply it while also applying eyeliner? wat can I do differently? thanks so much...sorry about the long Q

I used not to have them but i've exams coming up soon and suddenly they appeared out of nowhere! I drink enough water, get sleep, use the garnier eye roll on thing, have tried tea bags and covering up but nothing seems to make them go away! is there anything else i could do? xo
